As a pivotal role in our Luxury Hotel Management, the Commis Chef will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and hygienic Follow recipes and presentation specifications Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef Monitor food stock and place orders when needed Adhere to health and safety standards

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Commis Chef or relevant role Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques Culinary qualifications are a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
