We are recruiting a Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team, in a busy 63 bedroom hotel that covers a multitude of catering experiences from restaurant service to wedding banquets. The right candidate will be required to work with the team in the preparation of ingredients and have the ability to work unsupervised when required.
You will also be required to be have the flexibility to assist on each section when asked whilst maintaining the high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, health and safety and act respectfully and courteously towards colleagues and managers. You will also help with deliveries and stock rotation. This is a perfect opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience in the competitive world of catering or for someone just wanting a change from their current situation.
