We are seeking a new Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade at our new site,,The Ruddington Arms.
Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the guidance of senior chefs.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency of dishes.
Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and portioning food items.
Keep workstations clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations.
Support the smooth running of the kitchen during service.
Assist with stock rotation, labelling, and proper storage of food items.
Continuously learn and develop culinary skills through hands-on experience and training.
