Responsibilities

Participate in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Supervise junior kitchen staff as needed, fostering a positive team environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, with a focus on food production and preparation. Culinary experience or formal training in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills through supervising or managing team members effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is crucial for maintaining high standards within the kitchen.
