Responsibilities

Support senior chefs in food production, ensuring that all meals are prepared efficiently and to the highest quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Participate in team management by collaborating effectively with kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to minimise waste. Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute ideas for menu development and improvements. Engage in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience is essential, with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. Culinary experience or formal training is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Supervising experience or team management skills will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service to guests. Pay: 12.21-17.16 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
