We are looking for a passionate and hardworking

Commis Chef

to join our friendly kitchen team at

The Durham Ox, Shrewley

. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a busy, fresh food pub environment with a reputation for quality and consistency.

What We're Offering

Full-time position

What We're Looking For

At least

2 years' experience

in a professional kitchen Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Food Safety Level 1 & 2 certification

Knowledge of

HACCP

and

Health & Safety standards

Passion for producing fresh, high-quality food

Your Role

As a

Commis Chef

, you'll support the senior chefs in preparing dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring smooth service. You'll be involved in food preparation, organisation, and ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety practices.
