We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Comis level chef to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow their culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
As a Comis Chef, you'll be an essential part of the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean workspace, and learning the ropes from our experienced chefs.
What You'll Do:
Assist senior chefs with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage basic cooking tasks like preparing simple dishes, grilling, and frying.
Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service.
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for cooking and the culinary arts.
Previous experience in a kitchen is a plus, but not required--we're happy to train the right person.
A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
