We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a culinary background and a flair for creativity. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food production, and delivering exceptional dining experiences in our restaurant.
Duties
Food preparation and cooking processes maintaining quality and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Willingness to learn and maintain a training schedule with weekly reviews.
Participate in food production during peak service times to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Basic organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for a family ran business and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
