CallFlowAI is a growing agency that helps service-based businesses capture more leads, reduce missed calls, and convert enquiries into paying customers using automated systems.
We are looking for an experienced cold caller / sales closer to speak with business owners and convert interested prospects into signed and paid clients.
This role is NOT for beginners.
There is no script provided -- you must already know how to handle objections, control conversations, and close confidently
Key Responsibilities
Cold call UK-based business owners (B2B)
Handle objections such as:
"Not interested"
"I'm busy"
"I already have someone"
Qualify prospects and explain the value clearly
Guide interested prospects toward signing the CallFlowAI agreement
Support the closing process until payment is made
Compensation (Important)
Commission-based only
10% commission per closed & paid client
Example:
2,500 client = 250 commission
950 setup = 95 commission
Note: No retainers fee,
Commission is paid ONLY when:
Client signs the CallFlowAI contract AND
Client makes payment
Booked calls, demos, or enquiries alone are not commissionable
Requirements
Proven experience cold calling business owners (B2B)
Strong objection-handling skills
Confident, professional English
Ability to work independently without scripts
Honest, ethical sales approach
Reliable phone/internet setup
