The Role
We're hiring a Senior Sales Closer to take the lead on high-value Zoom meetings with C-suite professionals, demonstrate the value of our solution, and close new business. This is a senior consultative sales role--ideal for someone with proven closing experience, credibility in front of senior stakeholders, and the drive to consistently exceed revenue targets.
What You'll Do
Lead executive-level Zoom meetings with senior decision-makers and C-suite professionals
Deliver compelling pitches that clearly articulate value, ROI, and commercial impact
Control the full sales cycle from initial meeting through to closing agreements
Qualify and negotiate with precision, converting warm leads and inbound demand into revenue
Collaborate with the wider sales and strategy team to maximise conversion rates
Maintain a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot and report on progress against targets
Represent the GetBoardwise brand at the highest professional standard across Zoom, LinkedIn, email, and beyond
What We're Looking For
4+ years' proven experience closing consultative, high-value B2B sales
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets (10K+ deal sizes an advantage)
Exceptional confidence and credibility when presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Professional, structured, and results-driven with high resilience under pressure
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital sales channels (LinkedIn, email)
Quiet, professional remote setup with fast internet and excellent Zoom presence
Always Zoom-ready: smart, polished, and able to command authority on camera
What You'll Get
30,000 - 40,000 base salary
Uncapped commission (top performers 120,000+ Middle Table 60-70k.
