Job Description

We are hiring a

Comms & Content Assistant

to support day-to-day marketing and communications activity across social media, websites and digital channels.

This is a

part-time, office-based role

and is only suitable for candidates who live locally and can attend the office regularly. It is a hands-on position focused on content creation, publishing, digital support and marketing administration.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build experience as a

Marketing Assistant

,

Content Assistant

or

Communications Assistant

within a professional consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities



Create, format and adapt content for social media, websites and email marketing Turn longer content into short-form posts and digital outputs Schedule and publish social media content Support website updates using

WordPress

Assist with basic

SEO and on-page optimisation

Gather data for social media and website performance reporting Support simple creative tasks using tools such as

Adobe Express

or

InDesign

Assist with video and photography workflows, including light editing Maintain organised digital assets and content systems Provide general marketing and communications administrative support

Skills & Experience (Essential)



Strong written communication skills Good attention to detail and organisation Interest in

marketing, communications, content or social media

Comfortable using digital tools, or willing to learn quickly Reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks

Skills & Experience (Desirable)



Experience with

WordPress

Experience scheduling or managing social media content Familiarity with basic SEO concepts Experience using Adobe tools or similar design software
