Communication Consultant, M&G Advice
The Communication Consultant role involves building and executing communication strategies and ensuring effective and efficient communication across the M&G Advice Group. The role requires a deep understanding of communication principles, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and implement communication plans that drive engagement and align with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging communication strategies and plans.
Regularly seek feedback from key stakeholders and adjust communication styles where appropriate.
Help identify gaps in communication as well as opportunities for improvement for existing communication approaches, and develop possible solutions.
Utilise communication and engagement best practices from across the Advice Group and broader M&G Group to maximise adviser and colleague engagement.
Ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels.
Collaborate with various departments to align communication efforts, including working groups driving key Advice initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, including tracking MI and setting out clear benchmarks.
Handle change and crisis communication and advise and develop proactive support for colleagues, advisors and other stakeholders in such instances.
Qualifications:Proven experience in a communication role, preferably within a Financial Advice environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative communication solutions.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
