You will work closely with the CEO and Business Services team to ensure clear, consistent messaging and a strong brand presence across all channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communication, marketing, and making a positive impact in the education and care sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep staff informed and engaged.
Manage external communications, including newsletters, social media, and website updates.
Create and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms.
Plan and deliver events, ensuring high standards and positive outcomes.
Monitor and analyse communication and marketing performance to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
IT literacy (Microsoft Office/Office365 experience desirable).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
A positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
