S4S Dental is an award-winning dental laboratory based in Sheffield supplying a range of specialist dental products for over 20,000 customers throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, with clinically proven treatments in areas of Snoring, Bruxism and our Smilelign Clear Aligners as well as cosmetic treatments such as tooth whitening!

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Communications Coordinator to join our dental laboratory team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our clear aligner products to dental practices, building strong relationships with dentists, and implementing creative marketing strategies to increase adoption and sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will have the ability to work independently while collaborating with our marketing department and building excellent relationships with our clients.

Practice Engagement and Relationship Building



Visit dental practices to build and maintain strong relationships with dentists and their teams. Serve as a brand ambassador, always representing our clear aligners with professionalism and enthusiasm. Work collaboratively with practices to develop customised marketing approaches for their patient demographics. Work with existing clients to increase number of cases. Recruit new dental practices to offer our clear aligner solutions and assist with onboarding of new clients. Provide administrative and logistical support when needed.

Marketing Implementation



Ensure practices effectively display marketing materials in their waiting rooms and consultation areas. Guide practices on incorporating clear aligner information on their websites and social media channels. Energise and motivate practice teams to actively promote our clear aligners to suitable patients. Develop separate marketing materials tailored to both dentists and their patients. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts within practice. Track performance metrics and provide regular reports. Liaise with the marketing department to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies.

Event Organisation



Plan and execute engaging open days for potential and existing practice clients and evaluate their success ongoing. Coordinate presentations, seminars and networking opportunities regionally. Represent the company at national dental exhibitions and trade shows

Required:



2+ years of experience in marketing/sales or a relatable role. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with dental professionals and colleagues. Strong written and brilliant verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to dental practices (paid mileage).

Preferred:



Experience with dental products or clear aligners. Event planning experience. Graphic design skills or experience working with design software and wordpress. Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media management.
40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8:30- 5pm.

Competitive salary - 30,000-32,000.

(An open day is a specific day where dentists book patients in to provide a consultation on a specific product. They will often pair this with an offer to encourage the patients to sign up.
