Key Responsibilities

  • Development of the Content Group annual communications calendar
  • Management of all Content Group events including Employee Forums, Floor Updates, Team Away Days, Title Celebrations, Screenings and Lunch & Learns
  • Management of all Content Group communication channels including newsletters, MS Teams channel, Content Group SharePoint site, mailbox and distribution lists
  • Management of \xe2\x80\x98Picture\xe2\x80\x99s Up\xe2\x80\x99 the Content Group newsletter including collating all content, drafting newsletter and approval process
  • Work with the Content DEI Committee to help manage DEI events and communications
  • Drive and maintain employee engagement in your role as a UFEG Engagement Ambassador with support from the People Experience Team
  • Work with the UFEG People Experience Team and NBCU Corporate Communications Team to ensure key communication messages are circulated to the Content Group team. For example, Green is Universal, Volunteering, Diversity, Health and other such events
  • Deliver engagement programme alongside HR to support key engagement initiatives such as -
    • Regular Senior Management Team roundtables, give feedback & formulate action plans
    • Management of the UPCG Value Awards process
    • Communication in support of Opinion Survey results and action planning
    • Actively identify opportunities to communicate and develop the culture and values of the Content Group
  • Work alongside HR and UFEG People Experience Team to understand best practice and how Content Group initiatives can be implemented within the wider people experience strategy
  • Support internal announcements and content for other channels, such as UniBuzz and SnapShot within the wider business
  • Stakeholder management across the Content Group, Film Group, ERG\xe2\x80\x99s, HR Community, Corporate Communications as well London Hub & the Royalties team where there are joint initiatives
  • Work with NBCU Corporate Communications team to raise the profile of the Content Group at wider NBCU events
  • Be an active member of the NBCU Employee Engagement Council
  • Amplify and support communications and events for NBCU Employee Resource Groups within the Content Group
  • Lead internal communications projects and initiatives as they arise


Qualifications
  • Strong internal communications experience
  • Experienced in planning, organising and delivering a variety of events
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), editing and proofreading skills
    • A strong writer, with the ability to develop key messaging and craft a story
    • A visual thinker and communicator, creates company-wide presentations and other communication collaterals
  • The ability to build strong and lasting relationships across all areas of the business
  • Solution orientated and deadline driven
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced and demanding environment
  • Collaborative, with the ability to be good team player
  • Knowledge of Photoshop/In-design/Canva (desirable)
