Charity People are working with World Land Trust to find a talented Communications Manager to join their dedicated team on a fixed-term contract (6-12 months, depending on maternity cover) with a competitive salary of up to \xc2\xa335,000.

About World Land Trust: World Land Trust (WLT) is an international conservation charity that protects the world\xe2\x80\x99s most biologically significant and threatened habitats acre by acre. Since establishment in 1989, we\xe2\x80\x99ve saved over 2.2 million acres of critically endangered habitat in key wildlife areas across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

\xe2\x80\x93 Strategic Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to engage our diverse audience, driving awareness and support for our conservation efforts.

\xe2\x80\x93 Digital Presence: Manage and enhance our online presence through website management, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

\xe2\x80\x93 Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including articles, press releases, and multimedia materials, that effectively conveys our conservation successes and challenges.

\xe2\x80\x93 Community Engagement: Nurture relationships with donors, supporters, and partners, ensuring they feel connected to our mission.

\xe2\x80\x93 Team Collaboration: Work closely with a geographically dispersed communications team, meeting monthly in London, and participate in quarterly staff meetings (usually held in Suffolk). Remote work is encouraged, but office-based work is also an option.

Key Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Experience: Proven experience in communications, PR, or a related field.

\xe2\x80\x93 Effective Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

\xe2\x80\x93 Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative communication strategies.
