Imagine being the driving force behind a wide range of internal and external communications initiatives, influencing the perception of Sodexo across various channels.As a Communications Manager, you will manage and deliver segment and some regional communication and initiatives under the guidance of the Heads of Communications (Corporate Services - UK&I and Sodexo Live!) and (Health & Care and Schools & Universities).For outstanding performance in this position, it\'s crucial to have strong capabilities in editorial tasks, content creation, and handling digital media. A proven track record in social media management, digital marketing strategies, and innovative creative work is fundamental. What you\'ll do:Support an ongoing programme of strategic employee communications e.g. townhalls, Poppulo, The Weekly Brief, Yammer, events, emails etc across all four segmentsProactively source and create high quality internal communications content and campaigns - produce written materials and manage the delivery of creative content Plan and execute key employee communications events - roadshows, webinars, conferences.Update segment content on internal digital channels - manage intranet, employee website.Help promote segments\' employees\' participation in charity fundraising and volunteering for Sodexo\'s Stop Hunger charity Measure and evaluate the overall impact of communications on employees: recommend and implement improvements where appropriateSupport delivery of an external communications programme that supports the business\' go-to-market plans and growth strategiesSupport the creation of PR materials and content assets - news releases, social content, video, photography, presentations, award entries etcManage the relationship with the social media team for the region to brief in the right digital support for the segment plansHelp to brief and manage agencies and freelancers delivering content and PR What you bring:Experience: Graduate calibre in a related discipline Extensive communications experience either in-house or in an agencyStrong Editorial, content creation and digital experienceExperience of working in a fast paced, multi stakeholder corporate environment.SkillsExcellent writing and editorial skills e.g. writing for the web, sub-editing with attention to detail and an eye for a good story.
