In this role, you will:
Develop and deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including intranet, newsletters, social media, video, and print.
Support the Division's communications strategy by ensuring clear, consistent, and professional messaging for a range of internal audiences.
Plan and coordinate large events (including hybrid), ensuring smooth delivery and effective post-event evaluation.
Lead on quality assurance processes, communications evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide expert communications advice, training, and guidance to colleagues at all levels.
Represent the Division at internal University events and contribute to cross-University communications initiatives.
You will also play a key role in maintaining digital platforms, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations (including UK GDPR and PECR).

Essential Criteria
Demonstrable experience producing content for digital and print media, including social media.
Proven experience of delivering successful events.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior colleagues.
An awareness of emerging digital trends, including the use of AI in communications.
