We're looking for a skilled Communications Officer who knows how to craft compelling messages, manage campaigns, and build engagement across multiple channels. This is a full time, permanent role, working 37 hours per week with a minimum of 40% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working within the Communications team and other colleagues across the business. Here's the facts about the role:
As our Communications Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering our communications strategy across internal and external audiences. Working closely with the Communications Manager, you'll help shape and implement plans that strengthen our reputation, build engagement, and keep our messaging consistent and impactful.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day to day activity, create integrated campaigns, and produce high-quality content for a range of channels, from digital platforms to events. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure messages are aligned, reflect our culture, and reach the right people at the right time.
We're looking for someone with substantial proven experience in a similar communications or PR role, possibly within a large-scale organisation, with a strong understanding of corporate communication tools and techniques. You'll be confident creating compelling stories, managing campaigns, and supporting events that showcase our work.
Knowledge of content creation, digital marketing, event management, and CMS platforms is a plus. A degree or professional qualification in communications or marketing would be an advantage.
