Community Care Workers - Derby

BWA Health & Care Services Ltd (BlayCare) has been proudly supporting the Derby community for nearly 20 years. We are now looking to expand our dedicated team of Community Care Workers.

What we're looking for: Local applicants with a valid UK driving licence and/or access to their own vehicle. Caring, friendly, and reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others with a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives.

About the role: You will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

Please note: We are unable to offer overseas sponsorship for this role.

Duties include:

personal care,

toileting,

showering/bathing,

support with physical activities,

assist with eating and drinking,

helping with medication, light meal preparation,

Travelling to different people's houses on a rota.
