Care Practitioners will work closely with all users of our services and their families, friends, and carers. CPs are expected to be kind and responsive, but professional and informative and contribute to the quality of the service provided by keeping service users as safe as possible through sound care skills and effective risk assessment, ensuring the best possible outcomes for people at home and ensuring people have a positive experience of care.
Care Practitioners will deliver care and support to service users, including personal and intimate care, support individuals to wash, dress, prepare meals, manage their medicines, and live a healthy and happy life by enabling service users to maximise their independence and confidence at home whilst guided by standard operating procedures and protocols.
Guaranteed hours per week - 22.5

[Desirable] You hold a relevant Level 2 qualification NVQ/QCF certificate of care / apprenticeship or equivalent - or have a willingness to obtain.

The interview process:
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
1. Initial contact with the Registered Manager.
2. Formal interview with a panel of two.
3. Informal call with a senior care practitioner within our team to learn more about the role and our work.
Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks but we will always work around your availability. You will have the chance to speak to our team at various points during your process but if you do have any specific questions ahead of this please contact us.
