Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a number of Community Carer roles.
Responsibilities:
Assess the level of support required and complete timely reports. Work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals and outcomes. Administer medication Maintain medical aides, such as catheters and stomas. Prepare meals and provide companionship.
Requirements:
A passion for delivering exceptional care, with a fun and empathetic personality. Full training will be provided in-house. At least one year of experience as a Support Worker (preferred). At least six months of UK experience for overseas applicants. A valid driving licence (required).
