Due to Expansion we are recruiting for a number of community Carer Roles in and around Newport to support with hospital discharge

You will need a passion to deliver exceptional care , have a fun and empathetic personality.

Full Training will be provided in house

Hourly Rate will be 12.20 P h plus Mileage and incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: 12.20-15.00 per hour

Assessing level of support required and completing timely reports Working with multi disciplinary Teams to achieve goals and outcomes Administration of medication Maintenance of medical aides, e.g catheter/ stoma Meal preparation and Companionship.
Experience:

Support Worker: 1 year (preferred) Overseas 6 months UK experience
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (Required )
