EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We're looking for a dynamic Community Communications Officer to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be proactive in their engagement with customers and key stakeholders whilst utilising a range of communication and engagement channels.
Working as a subject matter expert within Warwickshire you'll help manage all the customer and stakeholder communication, comms channels and day-to-day customer engagement.
Focus on building a picture of localised issues our customers face such as bursts, water quality and flooding and how our capital programme will help to mitigate them.
You'll also be working closely with our Community Fund and Education programme teams as well as our wider Comms family.
