Community Coordinator
Job Description

Clockwise Exeter is based within the heart of Exeter at Broadwalk House, which is home to a varied community of businesses. We are looking for an energetic community coordinator to join our busy site and friendly team!
Key responsibilities are:
Arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
Welcoming visitors and members to the building
Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up - you will be the go-to person
Assisting the receptionist with managing post and deliveries
Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
Dealing with membership enquiries
Key skills and experience
You will have experience in customer service, ideally from a hospitality or flex-space background, and hold an interest in creating and coordinating all different types of events.
Working pattern
Monday to Friday (office hours) with some evening work required for events
