Job Overview:



Tramshed Tech is seeking a motivated and dynamic Community Executive to be a key player in supporting members & tenants, and in nurturing our community to maintain a positive working environment like no other.

This role will be instrumental in helping the business scale up as it enters an exciting new chapter. The responsibility lies within this role to support the Company's brand and vision, in line with strategic objectives; by providing exceptional standards of service across the community function.

As the 'face' of the business, in a high-profile role; our Community Executives will have a direct impact on the future position, growth and success of the business.

Reporting to the Community Manager.

Key Responsibilites:



- Provide exceptional levels of customer service to members, tenants and visitors of Tramshed Tech for all community functions

- Support & maintain the importance and profile of the community function, ensuring the best possible impression is always delivered

- Ensure the reception facility and Community spaces positively always reflect and represent the Company

- Carry out all tasks specified within the remit of the Community operation including day to day duties, member services, customer services, sales administration, facilities, postal services, housekeeping & general administration using Company processes and equipment as required

- Support the Head of Community and contribute to the development of a strong community amongst our members and team

- Oversee the promotion and administration of the Virtual membership function from finding new members to accurately administering existing members

- Effectively use Nexudus and develop its effectiveness across the Community

- Maximise sales opportunities by maintaining a thorough understanding of the wider capabilities, facilities and offerings of the business

- Contribute to the success of the Community team by making suggestions and recommendations which may improve its delivery of service

- Assist with on-site events as required

- Provide cover for Tramshed Tech when required

- Support key business areas in adopting a 'working together' approach

- Assist in nurturing the community environment & culture so that it maximises the opportunity for members to operate and function at their best

- Attend training and Company meetings as and when required

- Undertake any additional reasonable duties as required

Pay: 22,973.00-24,000.00 per year
