Community Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) - Band 3

Salary:

29,176 - 30,225 (inclusive of HCAS)

Location:

Across the London Borough of Bromley - Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington & Biggin Hill

Hours:

Ideally FT & some PT (minimum 3 days/week) available

Please note:

The first 6 weeks of the role will require full-time attendance for training.



The post-holder is required to work across a 7-day rota (7.5 hrs per day), including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the local community.



Times are a mix of 8.15am - 4.15pm & 10.45am - 6.45pm.

Main duties and responsibilities associated with this role are:

What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care to patients in the community

Support individuals with chronic conditions, post-hospital care, and patients at end of life needs

Working autonomously but will have the support and supervision of qualified District Nurses

Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

What You'll Need:

A genuine interest in working in community healthcare

Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
