Main tasks and responsibilities



Fostering good relationships with clients and residents, to maximise opportunities for growth and development to ensure the charitable objectives in our Articles of Association are met. Maintain an objective viewpoint to uphold the Iceni Partnership ethos. Fostering good links to successfully bring about positive changes within the community. Carry out HR responsibilities including recruitment, training, and performance reviews. Plan, develop, implement, and direct the organisations operational and fiscal function and performance. Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plans and programme. Analyse and make recommendation on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning and introduction of new strategies. Develop credibility and authority for the business finance by providing accurate analysis of budgets, reports and financial trends and operational procedures to inform the board of trustees. Create, improve, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organisation that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the charity, ensuring compliance with health and safety. Proactively and reactively ensuring that maintenance issues for both the Community Centre and Assembly Rooms are resolved in a timely manner, and that a programme of maintenance is implemented. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organisation and with the Board of Trustees as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organisation; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential partnerships. Work with Finance Director and Chair to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism. Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering advice on contracts, negotiations, or business deals that the organisation may enter. Evaluate company's financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements. Mentor and interact with members of staff to encourage development for an effective team.

Pay: 38,000.00 per year
