The Role

We're searching for a proactive, people-driven Community & Office Manager to be the glue that keeps our team connected and our multiple workspaces functioning seamlessly. At Sava, maintaining our culture as we scale is essential, and our Community & Office Manager is central to creating a welcoming environment where everyone is given the support they need to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities.


You will be based in our London office, and while managing the day-to-day rhythm of the office is a key component of this role, it also extends far beyond that. We're looking for someone who is ready to get their hands messy with organising company-wide events, supporting new joiners, coordinating travel and visas for teammates, and establishing new office spaces. You'll be at the centre of every employee's experience at Sava.

What You'll Do

Own the day-to-day running of our spaces, ensuring each space is kept organised, functional, and full of good energy Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management to keep things running like clockwork Help plan ahead for our next phase of growth - including sourcing and setting up new office spaces when required Plan and run company events that bring our culture to life - from our All Hands meetings to team socials, monthly breakfasts, company retreats and celebrations Manage a budget for office and travel expenses, as well as events, and tracking all relevant expenditure Find creative ways to strengthen our remote team's feeling of inclusion in our culture Create relationships with venues, suppliers, and caterers Be a friendly, reliable presence in the office to whom people turn when they need help or information Coordinate travel, visas and accommodation for remote teammates visiting our London office as well as interview candidates Help run induction sessions and make sure new joiners feel at home from day one Prepare welcome packs, coordinate desk and equipment setup, and ensure everything's ready for their arrival Support where it counts. Jump in on ad-hoc projects and lend a hand wherever it's needed

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in a similar role - you know what it takes to keep a busy office and team running smoothly Outstanding organisational skills - the pace is fast, the scope is wide, and priorities shift. You stay calm, focused, and ahead of the curve. Energy and presence - you're the heartbeat of the team and bring good vibes wherever you go A proactive, hands-on attitude - you notice what needs doing and make it happen before anyone asks Strong communicator - clear, warm, and approachable. You build great relationships across teams and levels. High attention to detail - everything you do is thoughtful, thorough, and reliable Multitasking superpowers - you can juggle projects, deadlines, and competing demands without dropping the ball Event experience - from team socials to company-wide gatherings, you know how to make things run seamlessly Tech confident - comfortable setting up laptops, screens, and workstations Practical and level-headed - we value problem-solvers with good judgement and common sense Fluent in English - other languages are a bonus!

Bonus Points For

Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment (up to 100 people) - you know how to make things happen in fast-moving settings Familiarity with visa processes and supporting visa applications Hands-on experience coordinating an office move, refit, or full setup from scratch A background as an Executive Assistant or in a similar operational support role Experience managing multiple office locations or hybrid work environments
