The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Community Pharmacist who shares our independent values:

You will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality clinical services under NHS Wales
Leading and supporting the pharmacy team
Ensuring safe and efficient dispensing and SOP compliance
Building strong patient relationships and supporting continuity of care
Supporting service growth, audits, and quality improvement activities
Participating in local public-health initiatives and community outreach

Who We're Looking For
GPhC-registered Pharmacist (newly qualified welcome)
Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
Passion for community pharmacy and local patient care
Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to delivering NHS Wales services to the highest standards
Ability to bring ideas, energy, and a positive mindset to a growing independent business
