Who is Ariya Neuro Care?

Ariya Neuro Care supports individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence, with the aim to return home or to more independent living. Rated 'Outstanding' in all 5 areas by CQC, which is a very rare achievement. Investors in People - Platinum, which is the highest level of Investors in People accreditation. Shortlisted for Investors in People UK Employer of the Year Award (Platinum 50-249 people). Rated the highest domains in all areas on the Headway ABI approved provider scheme. Bank/occasional, part time and full time contracts are available.
Our Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers are trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We support individuals who have suffered life changing injuries to regain their skills, confidence and independence to maximise their quality of life and independence.

We don't need people with vast care experience, as we provide full training. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded, proactive people who love working in a positive creative team.

As this role is in the community supporting individuals in our own homes, community and workplaces it it essential to be a driver and car owner (please see our our advert/ make contact if you are a non driver). The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work. (There is the opportunity to do some work in our residential rehab service alongside this role, if preferred, in order to gain experience in a residential and community setting.) It will include some personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service.
