Join Our Team as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse - West Locality
We're looking for dynamic, forward-thinking Band 5 Community Staff Nurses to join our West locality Community Nursing Team within the Integrated Nursing and Conditions Services at CHCP CIC. We currently have a full-time position available.
As part of our integrated community nursing team, you'll deliver high-quality, holistic care to people in their own homes, helping them stay well, safe, and supported in their community.
