About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will support adults in Bracknell to live well in their own homes and local community. Your role will include:

Supporting daily living. Helping people access meaningful activities, appointments, and community life Encouraging independence, confidence, and new skills Providing companionship, reassurance, and genuine support Working in a way that balances professionalism with warmth and kindness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
