The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. We provide a range of home help and domestic support services, for older people, , people with physical or learning disabilities or anyone else who needs some extra help around their home including:
Duties
Provide support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as house chores, shopping, social engagements.
Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including driving clients to appointments or social activities.
Support clients with dementia care, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment such as laundry, Ironing, meal preparation
Requirements
A valid driving licence is needed due to village loactions which are not always served by public transport
A friendly, chatty nature as our customers love to chat and share stories
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of clients.
