Please note:

This is a Zero Hour Contract with regular flexible hours available.

What We Offer

Essential Requirements

Driver with access to your own vehicle (or live locally)

Proactive nature - able to work independently

Caring and compassionate attitude

Professional approach

Reliability and commitment

Duties Include:

Supporting service users in the community

Providing personal care

Administering medication safely

Assisting with independent living

Attending appointments and liaising with health professionals

Ensuring all care notes are updated accurately
