We're looking for a

Community Support Worker

to join our friendly and dedicated team at our vibrant day centre. This is a rewarding role supporting adults with a range of needs, including behaviours that challenge.

Support individuals

, using a person-centred and proactive approach.

Work collaboratively

What We're Looking For:




A

caring nature

and genuine interest in supporting others.

Patience

, resilience, and a good sense of humour. Ability to

work well in a team

and independently. Experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
