We are currently recruiting Community Support Workers to join our friendly, supportive team delivering one-to-one, person-centred support across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and surrounding areas.

A car and full UK driving licence are essential for this role.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same. You will support individuals in their own homes and out in the community, helping people to maintain independence, confidence and choice. Tasks may include:

Supporting daily routines and meal preparation Accompanying people to appointments Assisting with medication prompts and budgeting Shopping and errands Social activities and community outings Encouraging independence, wellbeing and personal goals

Shift opportunities

We offer a wide range of shifts across different locations and support packages. Hours vary and may include daytime, evening, night and weekend work. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available and aim to offer flexible working patterns wherever possible.

What we're looking for

No previous care experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. We are looking for people with the right values and attitude to join our team.

You will be:

Compassionate, dependable and adaptable Willing to learn about brain injury and its impact Motivated to support people with dignity and respect A car owner with a valid UK driving licence
