Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated Competitive Squads Coach/Coordinator to lead and develop gymnast within our competitive program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a high-performance training environment, fostering gymnast development, and preparing squads for competitions at regional, national, and/or international levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions tailored to individual and squad needs Monitor gymnast progress and adjust training programs accordingly Prepare athletes for competitions, including strategy, skill development, and mental readiness Promote discipline, teamwork, resilience, and a positive competitive spirit Coordinate squad schedules, travel, and logistics for competitions Communicate effectively with gymnast, parents, and club management Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment at all times Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and progression Support talent identification and progression pathways within the club

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience coaching or coordinating competitive squads Gymnastic Coaching Qualification Current First Aid Up-to-date safeguarding/child protection training (as required by local regulations) Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all levels Experience working with youth gymnast preferred

Passion for gymnast development and competitive success Strong understanding of performance tracking Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed Knowledge of nutrition, recovery, and mental conditioning
