Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Competitive Gymnastics Coach

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching competitive gymnast, a positive and supportive coaching style, and a commitment to gymnast well-being and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions for competitive gymnastics squads (WAG/MAG or both). Develop individualised gymnastic programmes aligned with club and competition goals. Prepare gymnast for local, regional and national competitions, including choreography, routine composition, and competition day coaching. Ensure safe practice at all times, in line with club policies and IGA and British Gymnastics guidelines. Contribute to gymnast assessments, goal setting, and regular progress reviews. Collaborate with other coaches to support a cohesive and inclusive training environment. Attend staff meetings and club events where required.

Essential Requirements:

Level 2 (or above) British Gymnastics or IGA coaching qualification in Women's or Men's Artistic Gymnastics. Previous experience coaching competitive gymnasts. Up-to-date safeguarding training and enhanced DBS check. First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication skills and a positive, athlete-focused coaching style.

Pay: 10.00-30.00 per hour

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
