We're a specialist provider of complex care for children and adults in their own homes. Our clients include those with acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities and sensory impairments.

The role

You'll be supporting a female with complex health needs in her own home in Heswall and her local community. Our client loves going to the theatre and the cinema, as well as playing bingo. You'll support her with personal care and hygiene, medication, seizure management and nutrition.

Our client requires 1:1 24hr care, so you'll be working 12hr shifts, with clinical oversight from a Lead Nurse.

This role is based on 2 shifts per week, totalling 24hrs. These shifts are currently Monday and Friday 8am-8pm.

Training

Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse.

We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
