We're a specialist provider of complex care for children and adults in their own homes. Our clients include those with acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities and sensory impairments.

Our goal is to improve the lives of those in our care whilst making work a better place for our nurses and carers.

The role

You'll be supporting a young man with complex health needs in his own home and local community in Llangefni, Anglesey.

Our client suffered an acquired brain injury in a road traffic incident and requires support with household tasks, shopping and activity planning.

Requirements

What we'd like:

Experience in caring for or supporting a client with a brain injury Car driver with access to your own vehicle

Training

Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
