About the Role:
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting clients in Glossop and Buxton with a range of complex health and social care needs. This role involves working within the community and the clients' own homes, offering a person-centred approach to care delivery that promotes dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
You will play a vital role in supporting clients with varying complex needs, including but not limited to physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, tailored care and support to clients in their own homes and local community
Provide personal care, medication administration, mobility assistance, and other health-related tasks
Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks
Monitor client progress and report concerns or changes to clinical or management staff
Follow personalised care plans and ensure safe and respectful practices at all times
Work collaboratively with families, external healthcare professionals, and the wider care team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
Attend mandatory training, including an initial training session at our Harrogate (HG3) head office
Essential Requirements:
Experience working with clients with complex needs (minimum 6 months preferred)
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car (mileage paid)
Willingness to travel between client homes across Glossop and Buxton
Willingness to attend induction training at head office in Harrogate (HG3)
A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Medication administration training
Experience with PEG feeding, suctioning, hoisting, epilepsy care, or tracheostomy management (training can be provided)
Experience using electronic care systems (e.g., PASS, CarePlanner)

Additional Information:
