Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support for individuals with complex health needs
Administer medication and follow individual care plans
Support with mobility, positioning, and use of equipment (e.g. hoists)
Accurately complete care records and report any health concerns
Promote dignity, independence, and emotional well-being
Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures
Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and care coordinators
Managing challenging behaviours
Working with service users with mental disabilities
Requirements:
Up-to-date
training and experience
in:
Chest therapy and airway clearance
PEG feeding
Tracheostomy care and tube change
Stoma care and gastrostomy changes
Ability to follow clinical instructions and work safely.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Caring, calm, and professional attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.75 per hour
