Complex Care Support Worker

Location: Rhyl, Denbighshire, Wales

Pay: 15.91

Shifts: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-1pm

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Rhyl, Denbighshire, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs.



Our client enjoys using her mobile phone, watching TV or listening to audio books. Our client likes to attend church once weekly. She attends clubs, centres, activities. She also plans to attend Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy weekly. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing personal care and mobility support Supporting with daily tasks Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

? What You'll Need:

Experience supporting individuals with

complex care needs

Experience with personal care Experience with moving and handling

Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
