Support Workers/ Carer

Worthing, West Sussex

Day Shift : 8.00am - 8.00pm - Includes weekend working

Night Shift : 8.00pm - 8.00am - Includes weekend working

Pay rates: Basic rate starts at 14.00

MUST HAVE FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE

CHD Care at Home is part of CHD Living's award-winning group of care services. We created our domiciliary care offering to help give some peace of mind to our clients living at home and their families.

Our client is a younger gentleman who will be living in Worthing, West Sussex. He is a highly intelligent person with a brilliant sense of humour. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys going out and about. Our client is a self- confessed foodie so would like someone who is able to cook healthy, well balanced meals.

He currently requires two care staff during the day and two staff at night during his recovery journey following a life changing injury. He requires support with his day to day living including supporting with prescribed exercises, attending appointments.

We are looking for someone with a cheerful, caring, and positive attitude with a good sense of humour.

We have day shifts and night shifts (12-hour shifts) available.

Essential Requirement:

Physically fit Full driving licence and be able to drive the client's adapted vehicle (insurance will be provided). Excellent level of written and spoken English A reliable, patient, happy and caring attitude Able to follow recipes to ensure a healthy balanced diet Non- smoker Right to work in the UK QCF Diploma/ NVQ in Health and Social Care (level 2 or above) or equivalent Experience of working in a care environment/ caring for others
