Safety & Risk Management

Implement safeguarding policies to protect adults or young people from harm. Proactively identify risks and follow risk management protocols, including lone-working procedures. Respond appropriately in crisis situations; escalate concerns as needed.

Promoting Independence & Inclusion

Support clients to engage with community services, employment, education, or social opportunities. Encourage decision-making, self-advocacy, and autonomy. Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.

Teamwork & Professional Development

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality support. Participate in regular training, supervision, and reflective practice sessions. Uphold organisational values, confidentiality, and professional boundaries at all times.
