This role involves maintaining and updating essential administrative and compliance systems, supporting supplier approvals, document control, and environmental data tracking, as well as ensuring our safety systems and documentation are up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain company accreditations (RISQS, Construction Line, IAND Portal).
Manage and update the Business Management System (BMS) and associated documentation.
Notify document owners of expiring documents and archive outdated material.
Support and process supplier approvals, maintain the Approved Suppliers Matrix.
Respond to client requests for updated SHEQ documentation.
Coordinate Management Engagement Tours and maintain associated records.
Maintain records of environmental data (fleet fuel and office electricity).
Oversee office fire safety coordination (drills, training, servicing).
Monitor and record quarterly detonator disposal data.
Manage allocation of RSSB digital rule book licenses.
