are recruiting an experienced

Compliance Administrator

to join the team at our

Head Office in Birmingham

. The successful candidate will ensure contracted partner operators (network and duplication) meet contractual compliance requirements via employed systems e.g. UTrack, Tableau. Identify non compliances and follow up in a timely manner to ensure contractual remedies are applied. Provide additional administrative support for Contracts and Duplication teams as and when required.




What you'll do:




Complete daily Vehicle Validations using waybill system and UTrack Apply and report contractual penalties and issues to partner operators and Owned Operations Chase operators on faulty safety equipment and updating on progress in weekly meeting Complete weekly KPI report for tracked vehicles and stops served. Respond to Operator challenges in a timely manner and remove penalties that are not agreed to Log and respond to queries raised by partner operators and adjudicate. Uphold, decline or refer Produce compliance/non compliance reports as directed by Contracts Officer. Provide general administrative support as also directed Enter operator costs in waybill and input operator timetable changes into Waybill Administer the operator database, keeping information up to date and input fuel data into database Keep fleet details up to date across all google sheets and databases Project administration as and when required



What you'll need:




Good knowledge of National Express contracted model Good verbal and written (email) communication skills - internal and external Advanced Excel skills, comfortable using large datasets to provide analysis with ability to summarise and tailor to audience Demonstrable skill level in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint etc Experience in working to deadlines Able to prioritise workload GCSE level or equivalent qualifications. English and Maths required.
