Monday - Friday (40 hours)

Are you an experienced Compliance Administrator looking for your next challenge? We currently have a fantastic opportunity to work within our flourishing and dynamic Compliance team at our head office at Skelmersdale on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful applicant will be joining a highly driven team that work at fast-pace in an everchanging busy department. Working in the compliance team, the primary responsibility is to ensure compliance across all fleet vehicles and paperwork.

What candidate are we looking for?






Experience from within a similar role consisting of administrative tasks and customer service. This could be within a role such as Compliance Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Compliance Account Manager, Compliance Assistant, Service Administrator Ability to work at fast-pace in a demanding department Excellent customer service and communications skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritise and spin multiple plates Analytical and methodical approach with a good attention to detail Ability to respond and flex to business needs as required Transport/vehicle industry knowledge is a plus but not essential



What will be your duties?




As the Compliance Administrator you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding all areas of compliance with an overall responsibility of ensuring compliance across all fleet vehicles and paperwork Booking and tracking compliance events such as MOTs and inspections Monitoring taxes and MOTs via the DVLA website Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation is maintained Monitoring and responding to queries in the compliance inbox
