We have a current requirement for a Compliance administrator to join our Compliance team based in the Bo'ness office on a full-time permanent basis. The overall purpose of this role is to assist the Compliance team by providing professional support for both general and technical administrative tasks such as maintenance of environmental, safety systems and assisting in achieving ISO standards.
Main duties and responsibilities
This role primarily involves data input, document organisation and indexing, updating various records, and supporting tasks and responses to ongoing internal projects and arising issues.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
You will use your communication skills to build relationships with colleagues and contractors.
Highly competent in Excel and Word.
Provide efficient administrative support to the department and team members.
Manage assigned mailboxes on a daily basis.
Collate and update periodic technical data promptly.
Perform data entry tasks accurate.
Attend and take minutes at relevant meetings, including client meetings when required.
Utilize current business systems and software effectively.
Assist in achieving and maintaining ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001.
Support the wider team with any reasonable ad-hoc duties as needed.
